Altrincham Firewood & Coal Supplier uses the name, email address, phone number, postcode, address and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange a requested delivery. Contact enquiries@altrinchamlogs.com or 0161 282 0870 with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information.

Forms and hosting

This website uses Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms to process enquiry submissions. Submitted information is accessible to the supplier through its hosting account. Your enquiry is not used to sign you up for marketing.

Your basket

Products and quantities are stored in your browser's local storage so your basket works across pages and return visits. Customer contact details are not stored in the basket. Use the clear basket button to remove the saved selection.

Order enquiries

Basket prices are indicative published product prices. An enquiry is not a completed purchase. The supplier will confirm stock, fuel specification, any minimum order, delivery charges, payment arrangements and the final price before an order is agreed.

Keeping your information

Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to respond and arrange an order, or to meet obligations connected with a completed sale. Ask the supplier for its current retention arrangements.

Your rights

You can ask the supplier about access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
