Bulk bags need vehicle access
Bulk bags can only be left where the delivery vehicle can safely reach. Drivers cannot drag heavy bags to the rear of a property.
Tell us about your access
Please mention narrow drives, gates, steps, parking restrictions and any preferred drop-off point. If access is uncertain, call before requesting a bulk bag.
Keep a sheltered space ready
Choose a dry, ventilated storage area for your logs. Nets may be more practical if you have limited access or storage space.
A little fireside advice.
Have another question? We're always happy to help you choose.
Ask the team ↗Which size should I order?
Nets are easy to handle and suit smaller storage spaces. Bulk bags are convenient for larger supplies, but need vehicle access to the drop-off point. Check the listed volume for each product.
How should I store my logs?
Keep logs sheltered from rain, raised off the ground and well ventilated. Store only what fits safely in your available space.
Is delivery included?
The existing supplier advertises free local delivery, with a minimum of 20 nets for net orders. We'll confirm eligibility, any delivery charge and access requirements when responding to your enquiry.
Can I use any fuel in my stove?
Follow your appliance manufacturer's guidance and the requirements for your location. Ask us to confirm the exact solid fuel before ordering. A smokeless description alone does not establish suitability for every appliance.
